Delani Deckard, APRN CNP

Nurse Practitioner

Delani Deckard is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in both civilian and military healthcare. She earned her MSN from the University of Cincinnati in 2023. Before joining Advanced Medical and Wellness Inc., she was a nurse practitioner in primary care, managing chronic conditions and supporting patients across all ages.

She has proudly served in the Ohio Air National Guard for nearly a decade, starting as a medic and now serving as a clinical nurse.

Outside of work, Delani enjoys spending time with her husband and son, being outdoors, and running.
